Coaches: Why You’re Struggling to Gain Visibility

When it comes down to a brand and a story.

Let’s start with a simple truth. For a child to start running, they must first learn to walk — and before that, to crawl.

Similarly, for you to start generating leads, you need visibility. And to get visibility, you need content that resonates with the audience you want to reach. For your content to resonate, it must address a need and align with your mission and purpose.

It all starts with your positioning and how you communicate it. In essence, it’s all about your branding. But not the branding of your service or product — yours. Your personal branding.

Let’s be clear. I was the first to be among those who disliked social media.

So, I get it if the idea of creating a personal brand makes you want to run.

But here’s the thing: often, it’s exactly those people — those who shy away from the spotlight — who have the most valuable stories to tell and things to share.

Why? Because their authenticity is magnetic. It draws people in.

Look at Tim Ferris, Alex Hormozi, Dan Koe and others. They’ve created their own brand. It’s no coincidence.
