Since I started offering AI solutions, I’ve often heard that AI is incompatible with the idea of healthcare, as patients prefer interacting with humans rather than chatbots, especially when it concerns their medical treatment. In other words, people think I’m wasting my time proposing such solutions to clinics.

Yes and no.

The goal isn’t to replace medical staff with bots. On the contrary, it’s to free them from repetitive administrative tasks so they can have better proximity with patients, listen to them, and build trust. In short, to create bonds, because if there’s one place where human interactions are essential, it’s in clinics and hospitals.

What simple tasks can be automated? The most obvious one is appointment management. With AI, traditional appointment scheduling systems become obsolete. They are time-consuming and prone to human errors, leading to frustrations for patients and doctors. Automating this process frees up administrative staff and ensures a smoother, more efficient booking experience for patients. Thanks to automation, we have enabled clinics to reduce their scheduling time by over 80%, allowing their staff to focus more on patients and build personal connections.
